Anestheo provides educational anesthesia resources, pre-operative questionnaires, patient management, and clinical reference tools. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Clinician accounts may be subject to verification.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of patient information at all times.

No medical advice

Anestheo provides educational information and clinical reference tools only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please review our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Clinicians remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anestheo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
